Project Overview

American Dream | Meadowlands™ is located in the New Jersey Meadowlands. When complete, it will be one of the largest and most unique shopping, entertainment and tourism centers in the world, creating an experience rivaled only by West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton, Canada and Mall of America® in Bloomington, Minnesota.

American Dream is intended not only to draw local residents and New York City area tourists for a day of shopping and entertainment, but also to attract visitors from around the world. American Dream is well served by nearby subway, train and airport links, as well as an extensive highway system, providing easy and convenient access for locals and tourists alike.

American Dream is the vision of Triple Five Worldwide (T5), the only developer that owns and manages similar destinations. Through decades of experience, T5 has mastered attracting new and repeat visitors from around the world to its centers. Its focus on fresh concepts, promotions, tourist-drawing and the use of amusements, attractions and entertainment, creates constant top-of-mind awareness. This allows American Dream to capture consumer disposable income throughout all types of economic cycles, while ever-enhancing its appeal as a world scale tourist magnet.

Current Status

Although the project is 80 percent complete, Triple Five and its team of experts, architects and
designers are making changes to the exterior to improve aesthetics and to the interior to improve
retail attraction and retention. Triple Five is also adding new world scale interactive components
including, amongst other things, an amusement park, ice rink and water park, to make American
Dream a true tourism entertainment center.

Retail, restaurants and nightlife will appeal to all generations and income levels.
